We have a diverse multinational body of staff, who are well-qualified, very experienced and committed, with a significant proportion of staff having worked with Frontline now in their sixth year or longer. Our staff turnover is one of the lowest in all schools in the UAE.
Our team is composed of Heads of Schools: Lower Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary Boys, Secondary Girls. The Academic staff are led by Curriculum Leaders who lead their dedicated team of 130 teachers. Students are supported by the Care & Guidance team composed of: the head of Health & Wellbeing, who is also a qualified Psychologist, 2 Counsellors, a SEND Teacher and our excellent Medical staff. The whole school 5-acre campus is supported by experienced 60 Administration and Operations Site staff.
